Large manor house built in stone in 1885 with 350m² of habitation and over 1 acre of land. The property is situated north of the Loire River on the border of the departments Saone et Loire and Allier. The manor house is situated in the centre of its grounds which is enclosed by walls on all sides. It was inspired by characteristics from the 16th and 17th centuries, notably; mullion windows, panelling, murals, washed stone interior staircase and built in a square shape with a full size basement.
