We are a French registered, bilingual company who operate from Charolles, in the Saone & Loire department of South Burgundy.

Our building company has been operating successfully for many years in this area and in 2004 we added ‘Marchand de Biens’ (property developer) to our company giving us the opportunity to offer our properties direct to the public.

In 2006 we separated the property company from the building company and Karen Bentley created Bentley’s of Burgundy. After opening an office in the centre of Charolles, demand was so great that she had to add ‘Agent Commercial’ to allow her to sell property from the many farmers and locals who came into the office.

Our own properties can still be bought either totally renovated, in their existing state or, with specific works carried out to your requirements. All the properties can be looked at by our expert builder who will gladly give you an estimation of any works that may be required, or just for peace of mind.

With all our properties the price of the property includes all pre purchase and hand over formalities and assistance.
